Alvaro is knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had without hesitation. He was patient and took his time to listen and understand what we wanted exactly. You would be hard pressed to find a better agent. On a professional level he's kind, courteous and very trustworthy. He worked hard and went above what we expected of him. He listened and gave us solid advice throughout the entire process. On a personal level my family and I adore Al. We bought this house with him as our agent and over the last 5 years he would stop by once in a while usually around Christmas to drop off a Christmas card and say hello. This impressed us so much we knew right away when we got ready to sell same property who we would use. We had buyers fall through due to financing and Al was always positive and helped us through the disappointment. I can't fully put into words how pleased I was with Al. He went out of his way to get to know my wife and I. He spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for and never pressured us by trying to show us home that weren't what we were in the market for. He constantly followed up with us , and when we did finally find the right home, thanks to Al , he was there every step of the way.
